Welcome to Rustic Hideaway Campground. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking and payment services we offer. By using our site or booking a campsite, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
- All reservations must be made through our online booking system
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.
- Request for changes to reservations must be submitted by email to rustichideaway2@gmail.com or by the link (if provided) in the order confirmation email. Changes are subject to availability.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Late Check-outs may incur additional charges unless approved in advance.
4. Campground Rules
By staying at Rustic Hideaway Campground, all guests agree to follow our campground rules, including but not limited to:
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM and 7:00AM
- Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after
- Fires are only permitted in designated fire rings and are not allowed to be relocated
- No illegal substances or disruptive behavior
- Smoking, alcohol or other restricted substances are only permitted on assigned sites
- Respect other campers and the natural environment
Violation of these rules or those posted at the campgrounds may result in removal from the campground without refund.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Guests use the campground at their own risk.
- Children and minors under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Rustic Hideaway Campground is not responsible for the safety or behavior of unsupervised minors.
- Rustic Hideaway Campground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Guests agree to hold Rustic Hideaway Campground harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from use of the site or its facilities.
- Any damages to the campsite facilities may incur additional charges at the discretion of the campground
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your data.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
